C25K Week 4 - Workout 1

Workout got a bit tougher this week.  There are two five minute sections and the last minute of those is tough.  I feel like I should be progressing faster, but I think that is part of the problem with how I normally do things and then end up not sticking with it.  Still loving my ipod, makes it so much easier to keep going.
